ZillowVERIFIEDI had the opportunity to purchase a rental property and Matthew was referred to me by family. My first encounter with him was a phone call that he initiated to introduce himself. We spoke for almost an hour and learned we have a lot in common and he really made an attempt to understand what my goals are with rental properties which is important. He has a wealth of knowledge and support and within a few days of our initial conversation we setup appointments on several houses and he really did his homework on each house and broke things down simply for us on the pros and cons on each property. That really allowed us to use our time efficiently and by the end of the day we found the property we liked and made an offer. After a little back and forth with the seller agent which Matthew took care of like a champ the offer was accepted and the closing went smoothly. This was our first rental purchase and so it was nice to have someone walk us through the process and with Matthew we couldnt ask for more. He has a great attitude and willing to work hard for his client. He was always a text or phone call away and would get back to me immediately which was reassuring. Based on my experience I can tell he really cares about his clients and it showed every step of the way and would definitely recommend him to anyone else!
