Matt just closed my husband and I third real estate transaction. We came from the Canadian real estate market so were not familiar with the ins and outs of the US market, specifically California. Out of all the agents I have worked with or know personally I can say with full confidence he is stellar. I highly recommend using Matt as your real estate agent and can say with complete confidence you wont find a better agent. If hard work was a human it would be named Matt! Matthew Martinez was wonderful to work with. I needed a lot of guidance throughout the whole process.
