I would explain that i did not want to look in a certain area and next listing were for that area. I messeged him about our preapproval and where he wanted it sent to. Two days later he responded back to me. Most all times he would send his colleagues out to show a house to me. Both of the ladies were amazing. As a realtor I would never recommend him to anyone I knew. I found my new home with out his help.

From the very start I could sense I was dealing with not only a knowledgeable professional but a very understanding and patient person. When she walks you through a house she walks it as if she were buying it , looking at every pro and con . She is very honest and has a wonderful personality. ZillowVERIFIED Matt was wonderful! First off, we were looking at houses for over 2 years before we finally started putting in offers. Matt was so patient with us the whole time and never pressured us to list our home or put in offers before we were ready. When we wanted to view a properly he or his team members were always available, no exception! He worked so hard to find us a home in the neighborhood we wanted. The home we ended up buying never even went on the market. Matt sent me the address and let me drive by and it and see if I would be interested, which I was. We were able to put in an offer and purchase the home without having to worry about competition from other potential buyers. We ran into minor issues when selling our home because of the appraisal, etc. but Matt made things as painless and stressfree as possible, explained things so we could easily understand them, and made everything work out so we were able to sell our home quickly and buy our dream home. Matt and his team go above and beyond without exception! In addition, the pictures and 3D tour they did of our home was simply amazing! I credit that for being the reason our home sold so quickly! Matt and his team are all incredibly kind, patient, and hard working. There arent enough good things I can say about Matt!! I'm so glad we chose to use him as our realtor. ZillowVERIFIED Words fail to express just how happy my wife and I were working with Matt and his team. The entire experience of shopping for and then buying a new home felt about as effortless and satisfactory as we ever could have hoped for. He patiently heard our ideas, our requests, things we liked and disliked, and set up showings for us super fast. He was lightning fast at replying to e-mails, phone calls, and text messages. Once we were ready to put an offer down on a house, we had a thoughtful sit-down meeting to figure out the best way to go about that. After a few weeks into the pending home purchase, we were all blindsided with a low appraisal. This was no one's fault. It's just a contingency that sometimes derails the process. Unfortunately, the sellers couldn't come down on the price, and we couldn't generate the cash required to fill the gap between what the bank was willing to loan us and the purchase price. In spite of great communication among the sellers, us, Matt, and our attorneys, it just couldn't work. So that contract was cancelled.But, what do you know? Just like that, a plan B presented itself. A similar house (actually, a much better house) was suddenly available. If this second house had been for sale and available in the first place it would have been our plan A. We wasted no time putting an offer down, negotiated the details, got it inspected, financed... Just like that, five weeks later, we were handed the keys. It could not have been easier or more painless.Matt was just so awesome to work with. Just hanging around, waiting for home inspectors, attorneys, a title person at closing, Matt was a super cool, super fun, extremely pleasant person to spend time with. Some of our showings were to vacant homes just a day or two after several inches of snowfall. Guess who paved a path to the front door with his own two feet. And ankles. And legs. Matt. He was ever patient, quick to answer questions, and would share his opinions and feelings about anything (when asked). It was abundantly clear that Matt was our agent. Our advocate. Our voice of reason and experience in a real estate transaction that we really did not know a whole lot about. When you work with Matt, though, you get more than the one dude. His team includes other highly skilled, customer-oriented agents and office folks. We worked with another of his agents on one occasion. He set us up with a top-notch real estate attorney and home inspection company, too, since we had neither of these of our own. He has lots of home buying, selling, and property management experience and happily shared his expertise to help us with our home buying experience. The next step for us is to move and sell our old house, and we very much look forward to beginning that process with Matt soon. We know that selling a house with Matt's assistance will be just as smooth and enjoyable and satisfying as it was buying one.
