ZillowVERIFIED I met Matt in 2018, he helped my father purchase a house in Eddystone, Pa. Since that time he has become exceptionally reusable. In 2020 I was terminated from my workplace of fifteen years and life started to take a turn for me mentally and financially. I purchased my home in Delaware just a year before he helped my father. By 2022 my finances had been completely depleted, and my property would've been foreclosed. I called Matt, explained my situation, and told him what I wanted to do, then he took over from there. He understood that the house needed minor repairs and that I had no money to do anything. Matt started sending me phone numbers of individuals on his team who would come do the repairs, And boy did they deliver. They were very kind, efficient, and quick. Matt was so confident in them that he had the closing date moved up. Calling Matt was the best thing that I could've done. The house sold so fast that I wasn't even prepared, It seemed like he was putting me out, lol. He began sending me so many offers it became overwhelming ( I mean this in a good way). He sold the property for much more than expected. Because Matt also heard my other worries, at closing he had a place set up for me and my family to reside after selling the property. ZillowVERIFIED Home buying can be VERY stressful, but with Valerie Miller as my realtor I had NO complaints. Valerie was GREAT! She returned my emails quickly (even the late night and early morning messages), answered my phone calls when available and if she was busy, she returned the calls in a timely manner. On the rare occasion she didn't have an answer at her fingertips - she'd get back to me. Valerie was professional and personable. Always on time for our appointments. A real trooper at times - participating in the not so fun parts of septic & general home inspections - traipsing through muddy grounds without the proper gear. No request was too annoying. Growing up in North Wilmington, Matt was extremely knowledgable about the area, what we should expect with our budget and the local comps. We were shocked when he listed our old home for way above what we thought it was worth and amazed when it sold $15k above that! When we found the home we loved, we offered asking price but Matt worked in an escalator for $10k more to show the listing agent we wouldn't be beat. We got the house (for asking price) and are so happy with how Matt treated us and got us a great deal on both sides. Matt was great at explaining the pros and cons of each prospective house and estimates on future upgrades. He's funny, ambitious and passionate about finding you the dream of your home for the best deal possible. Since Matt is so well known and sought after, he'd sometimes take up to 12 hours to be able to text or call, but I still was very happy because when we did speak, he would answer every single question we had and more.
