ZillowVERIFIEDMatt did an incredible job selling my house in under 30 days! He provided top-quality service and was always available for advice. He helped guide me through everything: competitive pricing, pre-sale repairs, moving logistics, closing accounts, and finding a rental property. I couldn't have asked for a better agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew did an outstanding job of keeping us abreast of the situation, what was outstanding, and what the blockers were when they arose. Unfortunately we hit a snag with the HOA and while Matthew did all he could to urge them to move it along, it really helped that Matthew let us know who the players were in order for us all to get the closing done as soon as possible. Matthew was already ready to answer any questions we had.

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew is an OUTSTANDING partner to have in your corner! He is honest, responsive, hard working, knowledgeable, tenacious, and truly cares about you and your needs. I can tell that real estate is his passion; his calling in life! If that wasn't enough, he's also a great person with a good sense of humor. Matthew was recommended to me by a coworker and from the first time we talked on the phone, I knew he was on my side and ready to make it happen. In my experience with brokers, he's 1 in a million. I mean it! Matthew is my go to person for real estate from this point forward. Period. Reach out to him - I promise YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Matthews integrity, energy, and commitment to his clients are remarkable. His expertise in predicting market trends was invaluable in helping me make informed decisions about when to sell, ensuring I got the best value for my properties. ZillowVERIFIED ***Amongst the very BEST IN THE INDUSTRY*** Matthew Lemon far exceeded our expectations!A There are so many positive things to say about him & his outstanding performance as our Broker/Realtor.A But we will start by saying that he was always 3-steps ahead of the game!!!A A He worked tirelessly to sell our current home (very quickly) and he held our hand & guided us every step of the way into the purchase of our new home. And at times, when the process became overwhelming, he even used his compassionate nature to calm our nerves and provide peace, confidence and reassurance. Some of his best attributes that we observed were: -Meticulous attention to detail -impressive Local knowledge and experience in the area -A strong understanding of real estate contracts. -Impeccable communication skills. -Customer Focused -& an Unmatched Work Ethic . aEURoeThe difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra.aEUR?

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew and Lemon Drop Realty were excellent. As first time home sellers. We had multiple offers and negotiations and without his experience and expertise we would have been lost. He fought for us and guided us ,every step of the way. Also he doesn't charge ridiculous fees that other realtors do to milk the client, he really works for the good of his clients. Highly recommend Matthew

ZillowVERIFIED Look no further than Matthew for all of your real estate needs. He sold my house for top dollar, and saved me thousands in commission fees. He provides you with beautiful pictures of your home, including aerial photography that stands out against the competition, and he pays for it himself. From the start, Matthew will work tirelessly marketing your property, including all the real estate listings and hosting open houses. Probably his best quality is that he wants to give his clients more. When many agents are looking out for themselves, Matthew is looking to give you the best experience possible. Why throw thousands of dollars away for less service? Whether you are buying or selling, just hire the best, Matthew Lemon.

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew and I spend a few months searching for our home. And the experience was amazing. I was very impressed with the way Mathew works and gives hope. Every single call and text was answered within minutes night or day he never missed a beat. He was available for showings at our convenience and made himself available always. Although, he has many clients he always made me feel like I was his only one. He has a very specialized attention he offers his clients. I appreciated his undivided attention when viewing homes and not a busy realtor dealing with many other clients at once. The closing process was simple and stress free. And the best part was a special gift from Matthew that made a huge difference to our home buying experience. Mathew gifted us $1,500 for our personal use in our new home. We felt so fortunate to have such a large financial assistance when we needed it the most. Our family thanks you Mathew for all your hard work and dedication in the past several months. We look forward to working together again on our next adventure. Thanks again for finding us our forever home. If you are searching for a home Mathew is your man.

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew assisted my wife and I in selling our home this summer. We signed with him as our listing agent and saw traffic right away. We could see that he invested a lot of time, effort, and money into marketing our property. We had offers within the first month and sold the property shortly after at the highest price per sqft on our street. In our time working with Matthew, we found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When hurricane Dorian was here, he took the time to assist us with putting up and taking down our shutters. I can assure you that no other agent would ever do that for you! I have been investing and living in properties for over 20 years, and he is by far the most honest agent I have ever worked with. He takes the time to establish friendships rather than simply selling properties. Today I consider him to be a good friend and would recommend him to anyone thats buying or selling a property. Thank you, Matthew, for making the sale of our home a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew Lemon is THE very best realtor/broker you will find in this area!! Selling my home with Matthew went exactly how I fantasized that it would. Basically, I sat back and waited while he did all the work :-). I was going through a difficult relocation and I needed a realtor to take the responsibility of selling my home out of my hands completely - Matt did this for me, easily and efficiently! Honestly, this was my 4th time selling so far in my life and it definitely went the smoothest this time because of Matthew! I was referred to Matt by a friend and when I met him I sensed I was in good hands right away. The photography Matt had done for my house was phenomenal, as well as all the internet advertising. My house was a very tricky sell with several identical houses from my same neighborhood all on the market at the same time. Matt was fantastic at highlighting the best features of my house that would make it stand out to buyers. In the end, we ended up with the highest sale price in my entire neighborhood!!!! (of houses with the same size lot). I learned A WHOLE LOT from working with Matt, and for that I will always be grateful. Realtors from my past had made many mistakes, and now because of Matt's expertise I know what to demand of realtors going forward. Matt had the perfect balance of providing solid guidance, while also reminding me that every final decision was mine. Matt was extremely respectful of my ideas, and feelings, which I've noticed can be rare among realtors. Realtors can have a way of being condescending with their knowledge and experience - MATTHEW NEVER DOES THIS. My ideas were always treated with respect and enthusiasm, even when I sometimes needed to be told that reality did not necessarily align with my ideas, haha! I think it's a very fine line for a realtor to be able to treat their clients with the utmost respect, while also guiding/influencing them towards the most sensible strategy - Matt dances along this line effortlessly! Matt's fun, humorous, and light hearted nature makes him a really fun person to work with. I always felt that Matt had things under control, he is detail oriented, extremely proactive, and always on top of every little detail. I got the perfect amount of updates throughout the whole process. I couldn't have asked for a smoother sale, wow!!! I very very very highly recommend Matthew Lemon for all buyers and sellers. Before I found Matt, I interviewed a LOT of realtors in this area (also worked with a few in the past who were terrible) and none of them came even close to Matt's professionalism, knowledge, and charisma!! I love this man! You will too!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Matthew from a friend and we couldn't have been happier with him. He sold my husband's mom's house. Then we decided to upgrade so we gave him our house to sell as well and got us nearly full asking price. He then helped us find the house of our dreams and got it for us and even helped with referring contractors for some renovations we are now in process of doing. We are very glad we met him.
