Review Matthew was very helpful to us because we lived in Nevada and he sent us a list of the homes based on our guidelines. We would choose which houses we wanted to view and he would set them up for us to come up and view as many as we could in a weekend. He was very knowledgeable of the Boise and surrounding areas. He was very nice and would go out of his way to help us with anything we needed. After we closed on our home, I reached out to him to ask questions about certain services that we needed and what his suggestions were. All around a great guy and company to work with. He's on board with Dave Ramsey's methods, but doesn't dictate anything.I appreciated his through explanations of the whole home buying process. Review Started trying to sell my house with a different realtor. After 3 weeks I had no calls about my house. Listed it with Matt and it sold within 4 days. When buying my new house, we ran into several issues with getting financing because a portion of the property was leased. Matt was able to come up with a solution to all of those problems quickly. If it wasn't for him I don't think I would have been able to purchase the house.
