Matt made the whole process of selling my Uncle's house amazingly easy. I live in another town a few hours away and was concerned about my limited availability but once I got Matt on board he, and his team took over. They stayed in constant contact and were able to send me what was needed electronically for signature. They are very knowledgeable of the area and we accepted an over asking price within 3 days of listing. Highly recommend.
