ZillowVERIFIED Curtis contacted me soon after I requested a property viewing. We spoke a few times negotiating a tome for the viewing. An hour before we were to make an hour drive to see the property he informed me that a preapproval for a loan was required by the sellers at the time of tendering an offer and he would not show us the house without it. No real harm except this could have been communicated any time prior to an hour before the viewing giving me an opportunity to speak with my bank. Pretty disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown.

The market was pretty wild and when you throw in the fact we had to sell our house, the whole process seemed too overwhelming to continue with. My wife and I were ready to throw in the towel. Its a good thing we had Matt in our corner and going to bat for us. He was very reassuring and continued to remind us the right buyer was out there for our house. ZillowVERIFIED Matt Hance is a lifesaver and did an amazing job selling my house! My renters vacated abruptly without notice, and I was a long distance landlord. I picked up the phone and called Matt, and he went directly to work. He evaluated the property, made solid recommendations on actions needed to get the house ready to show, and coordinated with each of the service providers. Within two weeks of my renters vacating, the house was on the market and we received multiple offers on the initial day of listing. There is no better example of going above and beyond. And last but likely most important is that I trusted him. I never felt like I needed to fly back to Columbus to oversee the process. I cant thank Matt enough!
