I cannot imagine my home buying experience even happening without Oliver Goodburn. Ill be honest, I went into the buying experience not thinking that I needed the help of a realtor because I was buying a condo from a family member and we were both on the same page with just about every thing. However, once it came time to start the actual buying process we realized we were both in way over our heads and needed the help of a professional. A friend referred Oliver to us and he immediately got to work drawing up paperwork, giving advice and making sure we did everything correctly so we felt comfortable and informed about everything. Something that really caught my eye was that if Oliver didnt know the answer or if there was someone that specialized in a particular area, he found one and got me connected. Within the first 30 seconds of our first convo I felt almost immediately at ease by his professionalism, his charismatic and trusting personality, and how accessible he was at all times. Oliver is a Columbus native and is extremely knowledgeable about the ever growing Central Ohio region. I was very impressed by him and his company and will be using both in the future without a doubt. I do not normally do these types of reviews, nor do I recommend services to others , but once you work with Oliver you will know why I felt compelled to do so.
