Review They were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects off purchasing a home from start to finish as well as what to watch out for in a prospective property. They were extremely honest and didn't push me to buy a house just to make the sale they really strived to make it a pleasant experience and were helpful with finding a closing attorney, property inspector etc. Cannot reccomend highly enough.

Review Matt did an exceptional job helping us find our 1st home! The market was insanely competitive and we kept getting outbid, but he stayed patient and showed us countless houses over an 8 month period. He learned exactly what we wanted, and knew how to guide us through different homes that we looked at to make sure that we were staying on course and buying the correct home. We finally closed last week, and we are so happy! I highly recommend working with Matt.

Review Matthew truly helped us find the perfect home. Two months into the COVID pandemic, and a week or two after our first child was born, we decided we wanted to start looking in Rockland County, NY. We had worked with other agents in the past looking in other areas (mostly in NJ), but Matthew was recommended for his expertise in Rockland County. Right away, we knew we had a keeper in Matthew. He is personable, patient, thorough, and laser-focused on making sure hes helping you find the *right* home. That means: not the flashiest home, not the most expensive home, not the easiest home to close on. The *right* home. He also has a keen eye in spotting the tricky and not-so-obvious things that might not work for you in a home. Matthew worked with us for a little over a year in an extremely hot market. We found our home in June 2021, closed in September 2021, and have been living there happily ever since. Matthew was an indispensable guide through every step of the process. Every day were thankful to be in our home, in our neighborhood. If not for Matthew and his expertise, patience, and focus on pairing our family with the right home, I dont think wed be anywhere near as happy as we are today. Highly, highly recommend working with Matthew.

Review Matt was the best I could have hoped for in an agent. His patience and general knowledge was a very big help in deciding on my new home.A number of times when I questioned an issue that I saw in a home he was able to offer me helpful insight so that I could make an informed decision on whether the issue could easily be fixed or enhanced.Thank you Matt! Keep up the great work!

Review I can not recommend Matt enough. He is a one of a kind. My wife and I were looking for a trusted advisor to help us find our first home. After being underwhelmed by our first agent we asked around to try to find a replacement. Matt's reputation proceeded him and his was the name that kept coming up from people we trusted. Now that we have worked with him we can see why. First, he has been completely open and honest. While other agents are trying to push a quick sell he really looked out for our interests. Second, he is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home maintenance, construction, and evaluation and has been able to advise us on all the repairs we need to make Thirds, he is very responsive. Easy to reach and never annoyed despite our never ending stream of questions and request. I can go on and on, but if you are looking for your real estate Yoda to guide you along the journey Matt is your guy.

Review Matthew is 100% genuine From the very beginning, Matthew was on the ball. He was more concerned with finding us a home than a just a house, if that makes any sense. He explained the process and the motions he truly dumbed it down which was greatly appreciated As a first-time buyer. He guided us with the negotiation and he secured a great deal for us! When dealing with him he always gave an unbiased opinion.Even after the deal he continues with o answer any questions I still have and in typical fashion, he responds within minutes!

Review Matt recently sold our home in Pomona, NY. He gave 110% of his attention and energy to helping us find a buyer, always going the extra mile to aid in any way he could. The process from start to finish was easy and smooth. Having gone through this a few times with other agents and other properties, this is rarely the case; the agents were a big factor. Matt is very knowledgeable and has great contacts to explain the details and facilitate the closing. Plus he is wonderful to work with, always so sunny and positive. This was truly the best experience my husband and I have ever had in selling or buying a place. We could not recommend Matt Fuerst more highly.

I felt confident the entire time that they were there for me 100% and not about closing another deal. Their honesty and integrity is incredible. When I found my home I knew it was the right one. Review We worked with Matthew Fuerst for a year. We looked at a number of houses in terms of neighborhoods, layouts that fit our needs, number of bedrooms, etc. He was a good listener and brought us to a number of houses that fit the bill for us. We had to sell our house at the same time in order to purchase and he was very helpful with that as well. He made terrific suggestions on what to change in the house and what not to bother with. He also made suggestions on how to make the house presentable and pleasing to potential buyers. He told us how to declutter the home and move furniture around to make it pleasing to those looking to buy. We liked the changes as well! We were very pleased with him. He was responsive and available when we needed him and guided us to really understand what we needed and what we didn't. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Review Thanks to Feurst & Feurst the entire home buying experience was very smooth. Matt was confident and easygoing, and did not put any pressure on us at all. From when we saw the first home, until finding 'our' home, he was there for us. He was always very courteous, yet tough enough to get us what we needed. Matt is the quintessential Real Estate Agent. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Review It was a pleasure working with Fuerst and Fuerst, and Matthew specifically. They made us feel like we were their only clients, and hand held us through the process, the entire time. We went back and forth several times on areas to look at, and I know we were not always easy to deal with - Matthew never appeared fazed, frustrated or anything other than extremely accommodating! I often read reviews on products and services, and use them to guide me in decision making. If you are reading this, you can really not go wrong with Fuerst and Fuerst - regardless of where in Rockland or the tri-state area you are looking. They are simply fantastic.I can honestly say we would not be as happy as we are in our new house, if we had dealt with anyone other than Matthew.

Review Words cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am for Matthew and all he has done for my family and I. As first time home buyers, we knew very little about the process and what to expect. Not only did Matt find us a great deal, before hitting the market, he held our hand throughout and brought us to the closing table with smiles on our faces. Review As First time home owners the process of buying a first home can be stressful. With the amount of money a home costs, waiting for the sellers to respond, the back and forth negotiating, and hoping that the inspection goes well the whole process lends itself to be very unsettling. Matthew and Solomon Fuerst delicately helped us navigate our way through this process and we can honestly say that it was pleasant and stress free. We highly recommend using Fuerst and Fuerst.

Review As first time home buyers moving to a new city we did not have a clue of what to do or where to start. Matthew was there every step of the way from telling us about the many neighborhoods, available housing within our budget and providing great resources to help us get our mortgage all the way through closing! He was there every step of the way, always available and extremely responsive. He was very patient and never pressured us. He really guided us throughout the entire process and really hand held us to make the process as simple and easy as possible. Each time something came up throughout the process Matthew was a just a phone call away and quickly reassured us while addressing the problem (even when it was not really his domain!). He made what could be a very overwhelming process into something manageable. I highly recommend Matthew to anyone considering buying a new home!
