ZillowVERIFIED Service experience and industry knowledge was horrible! Buyers and sellers beware!! They used the wrong real estate purchase contact. Did not know the proper age of the home! We were misled to believe that the propane tank was included in the purchase until closing day (after repeatedly inquiring about ownership). Discovered that the community retention pond aeration system was hardwired into our electrical panel. The pond and common areas were never conveyed to HOA and nobody is maintaining it. Failed to properly represent our best interest in correcting water quality based on local standards. Lastly, owner was horrific to work with and unreasonable. Still investing potential conflict of interest based on political affiliation and seller. If you must deal with realtor proceed with caution!!

ZillowVERIFIED We used the Fetick team to help us sell our house. I received a phone call from Richie Forte one of the Fetick team agents. Apparently our house had shown up on some list because we took it off the market last year and we were getting bombarded by agents. I talked to Richie for a bit heard his ideas and gave him a shot. I had some issues selling my house the previous year and made myself perfectly clear on my concerns, to ease those concerns Richie reached out to one of his Senior agents who assured me those concerns would not be an issue. We pushed forward with putting the house on the market. We scheduled the house to go live on a Friday, and two open houses Saturday and Sunday. We had about 20 people check the house out during the open house and had an offer less than 48 hours of the house going live. We had a bit of a battle ahead of us but Richie helped me keep my cool and we came out on top. Great agent. The Fetick team was with us by our side through the entire process, we hit a few bumps at closing with the title but we were able to get them cleared up quickly over a holiday weekend.

I was hesitant when my husband first brought up the idea of selling our rental properly of 11 years, I wasnt hesitant because I didnt want to sell, I simply dreaded the process. Believe me when I say Deneen and her team made it seamless from start to finish. Other than a few tasks to make the house ready to go on market, I had very little to do.
