Matthew knows Phoenix very well. We visited one place that had a high HOA and he knew the place hadnt updated in years as we noted several deficiencies. An agent that doesnt know his area wouldnt have known that and we would have considered buying it. He understood what we were looking for and fashioned the search appropriately. We found the perfect place only to learn it was under contract after we looked at it. Then miraculously it came open again and they called Matthew first! I'm sure his reputation precedes him! Matthew coordinated and connected us with a mortgage company and answered our questions as we went through the process. We closed yesterday! Super happy with Matthew and his work!
