An agent that doesnt know his area wouldnt have known that and we would have considered buying it. He understood what we were looking for and fashioned the search appropriately. We found the perfect place only to learn it was under contract after we looked at it. Then miraculously it came open again and they called Matthew first! I'm sure his reputation precedes him!
