ZillowVERIFIED Before I write about our excellent selling experience with Matt Dunbar...I want to share what an excellent person Matt is at purely a human level..we live in Florida my wifes 89 yr old uncle suddenly became a widow and he insisted on staying alone in PA with a caregiver during the Thanksgiving holiday before moving to FL...on Wednesday he ran out of much needed medication and with no other option I reached out to Matt and he immediately volunteered to travel half hour each way and delivered the meds...what a great character. As to real estate sale we were absentee sellers and Matt did an excellent job with making the perfect recommendations on repairs and staging at a reasonable cost. He worked diligently to complete the sale process in timely manner. He is perfect in communicating at every stage of the process and sold the house above our expected price. Matt thank you we very much appreciate you and your professionalism and character. Anyone reading this review be assured you selecting Matt will be the best decision you will be making. He knows what he is talking about and will not lead you in the wrong direction. My advise is this, please listen to his suggestions, PLEASE! I, against my better judgement, did not proceed to listen to him in the beginning, and in the end it cost me and my family a decent amount of time getting the back and forth and postoned our move in date well over a month. Matt showed that he really cared with helping me and that he was looking out for me. If, for whatever reason, I decide to kove one day, Matt will be the first call I make, and I have already told friends about his services in hope they can become as happy as I am.
