Matthew Dominesey was an exceptional realtor especially during the nature of the market right now in Spring 2022. He was well versed on the nuances of the buyer/seller situation and paid copious amounts of attention to detail. He was available to answer questions on a constant bases and was always available when we needed him. We were able to have our first offer accepted because of the direction of Matt. He recommended the right price point, created the offer taking into consideration the sellers needs all while keeping in mind what would work for us as buyers. I would highly recommend Matt to any buyer or seller. His knowledge, experience and ethics rank him at the top of his field.

Matt is very professional and knowledgeable with the Utah housing market and in his profession. We had many question and Matt was quick with answers and kept us up to date with all the processes of both buying and selling our home. We never waited in question. Matt went out of his way to check on our family time to time as we were new residents in Utah with no family near. We couldn?t have asked for a better agent during our big life changes!

Matt came highly recommended from a friend and colleague and I now see why. My wife and I were in a situation where we needed to sell our house and find something larger in a limited timeframe and Matt assisted with both. Apart from expertly coordinating both the sale and purchase, he also had excellent recommendations for financing that allowed us to move quickly. We had over 30 offers on the sale property and Matt helped condense an enormous amount of information into something digestible. He was also able to find us a new home that met all our primary criteria in a very tricky market. Buying and selling a home during COVID and under strict time constraints was stressful and Matt provided invaluable advice and guidance. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Matt was great! He was professional and easy going. He was quickly able to lock us in on the exact property that we wanted at the right price amidst very tough competition. His knowledge of the industry and negotiating skills were the key. My family is so happy that we got into this great neighborhood and its all thanks to Matt!! Highly recommend!
