We already had a realtor so couldnt use them for our home purchase but remembered and wanted to use them when it was time to sell our home nearly 8 years later. Matt was very helpful and guided us through a pretty painful bump in our road (a buyer backing out on us at a very late stage). Additionally, he made a few extra trips to our house to help with things when we were out of town. Although we took it off the market for a few months after our aEURoebumpaEUR?, we then re-listed with them, had a quick sale and a very smooth closing.
