ZillowVERIFIED I'm very much impressed with Matthew Arnold from Netter Real Estate. My mother-in-law had passed away a few years ago, and my wife finally decided to sell her moms house in West Babylon. We spoke to Matt, and he explained the whole process. My wife liked him, as he understood her feelings. So we decided to hire Matt as our broker. Within days of the house being put on the market we had multiple offers. We accepted an offer that was 30K over the listing price. Unfortunately, we wasted several months as the potential buyer couldnt secure a mortgage due to the rising interest rates. Matt got the house back on the market. Again, within days we had multiple offers. This time we had accepted an offer 40K over the original asking price. We just closed last week! Through this whole process I witnessed Matt working hard to make it happen. He was in constant contact with not only myself and our attorney, with the buyers people as well. I never write on-line reviews, but Matt this one is for you. Thank you, youre awesome!

My husband and I began our home search a few years back and became connected with Matt as he was one of the primary realtors on a house we wanted to look at. After looking at the home and deeming it was not for us Matt asked us what we were looking for and said he would send us some more listing. After already speaking with many other realtors who said the same thing, it was with great surprise that Matt actually did! We looked at home after home for a good year or so, actually going into contract with a short sale that eventually fell through. My husband and I decided we needed a break from the house hunt and told Matt that. Throughout the whole process he was kind, patient, and truly in tune to our wants and needs. Flash forward another year and we reconnected with Matt as he was so good to us in the past. After a few more moths we finally found the home that was right for us and he also helped us to sell our current residence. We had specific requirements that we needed in a house and many wants as well. He lined up every house we wanted to see and he personally selected houses for us that checked off our list. He made arrangements for houses we wanted to see and was always the first one on site, which made us feel very comfortable walking into others homes. ZillowVERIFIED I am writing this review 15 years after Matt helped me find my home. I am doing so because at that time, the "online" thing wasn't where it is today. That being said, to corroborate his current reviews, I must say that in 2000, Matt did all that you are reading about in the other reviews. Awesome agent, hard worker ... looking out for you. Nothing has changed, although I am sure his has refined his skills. All of this benefits him as well, as it should. Matt probably took us to 30 homes - almost on call - until we ultimately found a great home (at a bargain rate on Samuels Path) in Miller Place. Never got to thank him publically, and so now I do. Highly recommend Mr. Arnold.
