We were combining our 2 homes into one and we each had our own "requirements" in a new home. I met Matt through a Zillow listing and he will be my real estate agent forever! He is the most genuine person and truly cares that you end up where you belong. He spent countless hours following us around to different parts of town to find my Mom and I the perfect place to live and he more than succeeded. We couldn't be happier where we are and we wouldn't be here without Matt. We highly recommend Matt. My Mom and I don't agree on much, but we agree that Matt found us a beautiful place to live and became a friend while helping us through the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIEDMatt sold 2 houses for us this past summer, and we were extremely happy with the entire process. Matt helped us figure out where to price them and what updates/fixes we needed to do that would help us get the houses sold, as close to asking price as possible, and as quickly as possible. There were some pricier fixes we thought we were going to need to do but Matt advised on what he thought, which excluded those things we thought we were going to need to update. That saved us a lot of time and money. We were very pleasantly surprised with how quickly we had multiple offers on both houses- both were on the market for less than a week. He knows what buys are looking for and which updates are not worth the time or money. We were able to get full asking price on both houses. Matt is also a master negotiator and negotiated on our behalf when it came to any repairs that were discovered during the inspection. Overall Matt made the entire process easy, stress free, and we were very happy with the final selling price of both houses. If we hadn't moved out of state we would definitely be using Matt for any future purchases or sales. We really appreciate how easy Matt made the entire process and we're very happy with how much each house sold for.

Well someone was looking out for us because we were so blessed to have him as our realtor. He is not only extremely knowledgable in his field but we was ON TOP of the whole process.
