ZillowVERIFIEDMatt is very knowledgable and helpful through everything step of the process. He sold our house in 5 hours and took care of any issues before I even knew about them. Highly recommended for all of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Matthew to list our home for us when we decided to sell. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was helpful when deciding on a price point. Matthew was easy to get in touch with, he was very accommodating with us and the buyers. He made the selling process very easy for us. Our home was under contract before it was technically listed and when we closed it sold for more than our asking price! We would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest and prompt realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor Ive worked with. Helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. If you are looking for a home in the Pottawatomie County area give Matt a call! He answered all our questions, helped to get all our paperwork and inspections done in a timely manner and was accessible any time we needed to communicate with him. He even bought us a nice home warming gift when we went to closing.
