Matt Williams is dedicated to his profession and it shows. He was available seven days a week and very responsive and timely. He had no issues showing us multiple houses even an hour away. A lot happens behind the scenes and I'm sure Matt did many things for us we will never know about. If knowledge, attention to detail and follow up are important to you, Matt is a great choice.

Could not have had a better real estate agent! Matt went above and beyond helping me find my perfect home. He didnt let me settle until he could see that I was in love with the home we were viewing. He was very flexible and made himself available so they we could see homes quickly. As a first time home buyer, Matt did a great job of explaining the process as we went through it. Matt was very knowledgeable on things to look out for in a home before buying. If I were to ever buy a new home, Matt would be my guy!

If I could give Matt 10 Stars I would. He was amazing!! You could tell he worked with us for our best interest and genuinely cared and wanted whatever we decided to work for us. Very knowledgeable and reliable. For example, there was a major storm that came through right before a showing and a tree blocked the road about a quarter mile away from the house and he literally parked his car and started walking towards the house! I would highly recommend Matt if you are looking for a home!!!
