ZillowVERIFIED Matt spent a lot of time over the years getting to know us and to talk about our long term plans and market questions. He was there with information and helpful referrals for service providers when we were far away for being a client. When the time came to sell, I already knew we would go with Matt. We discussed plans and Matt worked out a campaign to list and sell our property quickly. He put together a great campaign with flattering videos, photos, descriptions and secured 24 appointments in less than a week. We were in escrow a mere 8 days after the listing, with multiple offers over list and closed the deal for us. During the escrow process, Matt took the time to communicate the situation and to discuss any decisions we had to make. He was warm and friendly and showed that he knew how to get to the bottom of escrow situations, such as the buyer's lender's inability to timely handle the loan process. Matt was able to discern that the delays were over the lender's administrative process and not the loan itself, which helped us all work together to close the sale. I was friendly with Matt before this process, but now consider him a friend and will miss seeing him as we have moved out of state and far, far away.
