When it came time to sell my dad's house (due to his illness), I contacted Matt about listing it. It was sold in a very short period of time for a fair price. As time went on and our family needed a bigger home, Matt walked us through the entire process of the search and later the closing on the bigger home. He seemed to always "have us in mind" going so far as to contact us on at least two separate occasions when not every realtor would; a day trip to an amusement park and later when visiting family out of state. He also assisted me by making new listings available to me on the "Realtor system" called Navadia (or something, I forget the name.) He showed us several houses. He put up with and showed patience at my "nit-pickiness." He even walked me through a mini-breakdown that I had one day when I was losing my mind over the lack of space in our tiny home after being filled up with all of dad's stuff. Matt does need to be prodded a little bit to give the "realtor opinion" when showing houses but that is my only complaint. He will, you just have to poke him a bit. He guided and directed my family through the closing process on our new home and is going to continue to assist us with another project. In short, go with Haring Realty. Go with Matt Walker. I would be highly surprised if you are displeased with your choice to do so. Nice guy. Nice wife. They know what they are doing. You ever deal with a realtor that only seems to be in it for the money? That only contacts you if it somehow behooves them? Yeah, that's not this guy. Matt genuinely wants to help your circumstance and to get you in a position of peace and happiness. (And no, I don't know him personally and never dealt with him before selling dad's house.)
