Matt is very knowledgeable of the area and led me through the process , making sure my curious self understood the need and reason for everything. He always responded in a very timely manner which helped keep the process moving. I never felt as though I was waiting for him. I was very pleased with his negotiating skills. I felt satisfied with the agreed upon sale. I always enjoyed working and visiting with him, he is very easy to communicate with. Because I lived out of town, Matt and I shared forms with his secure computer software, which allowed me to review and sign many forms, etc, without having to travel to his office or slow the process down by mailing the forms back and forth. I'm glad I went with Matt.

When an offer came in, he broke it down for where various fees were going, and also ran models of what the best case offer would be, and what a likely other offer would cover. Matt took away the stress and guess work, and I always felt like I had someone working for my best interests.
