Our house was a unique sale with a lot of obstacles but that didnt stop him and his team from getting it done when we werent sure it was possible. ZillowVERIFIED Matt becomes a friend during the process. He is super affable and, most importantly, he is not pushy at all. He knows how to read a room. Also, his local knowledge pays dividends. He has a lot of contacts with contractors, handymen, attorneys, electricians, etc., and since I lived about an hour away when I bought this place (it was shore condo) he was really good about meeting with the home inspectors and helping me out with some vendors when I couldnt make it to my place because of work commitments. He is truly a great guy.
