Thats where I found myself with my move from Illinois to North Carolina. Luckily for me I found Angela. She made the whole process much less daunting. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, my wants and my aEURoelike to havesaEUR?. She knew me so well, that she could tell the instant we walked into a house whether I was interested and before long she also knew when I was lying to myself, like when I said I would be okay with a house that needed updatesaEUR|which I later realized I wasnt. She has great instincts. Angela was always very patient with me (and I'm the indecisive type so thats not easy), always available when I was in town to look at houses, would do virtual viewings of houses to avoid unnecessary trips, and of course her knowledge of the area is great. Whenever I needed something, like a house inspector, an insurance agent, an interior designer, etc., she was there instantly with a contact and they were all great to work with. Once I found my new home, Angela and Joanny (the closing coordinator) were there every step of the way taking care of everything for the closing. ZillowVERIFIED I needed to start my process of selling my current home and buying a new one because I had just recently taken custody of both of my nieces and I have two nephews and I needed more space for them and to be closer to the kids school. I tried another realtor before I was referred to Jereme. The second I spoke with her my heart lit up because I felt heard, she cared, she listened, she asked questions. She took me on as a client and did not even bat an eye at my situation or financials. The Sarver group and her team took over right away making sure I had a timeline of what was to happen, documents that needed to be completed and began my process immediately as I requested. I talked with Jereme more than my own mother I feel like at some points and I call my mom daily ???? She was not only professional and helpful and had full knowledge of everything with the process but she was my friend. She invited me to events with her realty group the Sarver group and to bring my kiddos. The journey to find a home in NC while living in Florida was no easy process but thanks to Debi she helped ease the challenges we faced. Debi was professional but personable.
