As much as I wanted to own a home two months ago I was NOT ready to take that step to speak to a lender, for many reasonsaEUR| one being it is a HUGE step in life and a big responsibility and two I was scared, fear of not being pre-approved, nervous that I wouldnt be able to own a home.. and I did wait a few weeks before applying to become pre-approved. But when I finally took that step to apply it was because Matt encouraged me to and made me feel like it would all be okay and basically laid it all out on the table and being realistic with me. So, THANK YOU MATT for being a great person and for everything you have done for Levi and I and being very patient with me!
