ZillowVERIFIED STELLAR EXPERIENCE! GREAT WITH FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS!Matt Prowant came highly recommended to us by a personal friend and several professionals in the Castle Rock community. My husband and I recently relocated from Southern California and had literally NO experience with Denver-area real estate. In fact, when we began looking for a home, we were still living in California. Needless to say, we met Matt for the first time via phone. Although I was nervous about looking for a home out of state, Matt took extra time to help me become acquainted with the area. I found him to be extremely knowledgable not only in the Castle Rock community (in which he, himself, lives), but also the greater Denver area. At the start of this process, I expected that a realtor would select the homes he/she thought we should see--which makes me nervous as a very particular control freak. This was not the case with Matt. I greatly appreciated that he gave us access to the MLS, set up searches for us based on our exact wants, and even let us set up our own searches. In the end, we chose the homes we wanted to see and he set up 18 showings for us...in one day! Apart from being extremely knowledgable about the areas in which we looked--and we looked in several different cities--Matt also offered many tips (pros and cons, if you will) about specific homes and the home-buying process in general. We were first-time home buyers and California natives, so this was extremely important to us. We found Matt to be EXTREMELY patient in educating us and making us fully informed. We can't say enough complementary things about Matt. He is utterly professional, affable, and easy-going. We would give him our business again and again.
