ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing experience working with Matt. Upon first contact he did not immediately begin to shove a bunch of lenders at us when we showed our interest and trusted our own abilities with acquiring our own home loan and using our own financial institution that we were already comfortable with. He was extremely responsive and flexible with our schedule. Both of us for work were engaged in time intensive projects that did not lend flexibility for taking loads of PTO despite it leading up to the holidays. Matt gave us reasonable expectations of when to actually look at houses and submit a list of the ones that we were interested in viewing due to the amount of time that they were spending on the market and the ones that were getting snatched up by other motivated buyers. He made it work around our schedule for viewing over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and then one final weekend in which we finally found a house that we were interested in closing on. He was extremely knowledgeable of the local area and of the water restrictions that come with some of the towns here in Arizona and kept us in areas where those would not be issues. He gave us the space we needed to be able to discuss items and take time to make decisions towards our purchase. If we end up staying in Arizona, we'd definitely work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm glad that I chose Matt to be our real estate agent, even though I was weary at first because my husband just randomly met him at work (he's helped a lot of the guys at my husband's job find homes). He stuck with us for almost 2 months, searching for homes everyday, and viewing over 50 in that time frame, at least 3 days a week. Nobody could possibly have so much compassion and put in so much work for a client than Matt. Even if I'm not the easiest person to work with, and I'm annoying. He was always kind and never gave up, even when I did - because of the crazy market right now. Always on call to answer questions and make a list of the houses you want to see. Super fast with getting the paperwork done so you don't miss your chance. He will literally become the only person on your recent call list and becomes your #1 best friend for as long as it takes to find the perfect home. If we buy another house someday, we'll be calling Matt again for sure.

Upon returning to our South Dakota home we knew it was time to begin escaping the cold snowy South Dakota winters. Thus came the decision to purchase a second home in Mesa. Covid19 was on the rise which meant we would need to purchase sight unseen and by long distance.
