Matt Pennington was our realtor to sell our parents condo. We lived out of state. We needed someone trustworthy who would look after our parents condo and give us a honest assessment. We have a very busy schedule from work and kids. Matt took care of everything from preparing the house for the sell, actual selling the house and helped us even to move the unneeded contents. He also contacted the relevant people to make sure the selling of the condo goes smooth and no surprises. Since we lived out of state, it was not feasible for us to make trips back and forth to the state. Thanks Matt for everything.
