Matt Pennington was our realtor to sell our parents condo. We lived out of state. We needed someone trustworthy who would look after our parents condo and give us a honest assessment. We have a very busy schedule from work and kids. Matt took care of everything from preparing the house for the sell, actual selling the house and helped us even to move the unneeded contents. He also contacted the relevant people to make sure the selling of the condo goes smooth and no surprises. Since we lived out of state, it was not feasible for us to make trips back and forth to the state. Thanks Matt for everything. We met Matt at an open house and were immediately impressed by the way he walked us through the home and gave a detailed explanation of the different spaces. It was a sharp contrast from other listing agents who did not appear quite as knowledgeable. As first time homebuyers, Matt did a great job taking us through the process starting with getting an idea of what we were looking for and using that information to help us narrow down the areas of Phoenix we might be interested in. He is genuinely curious about the history of the homes he took us to, which helped clarify the condition of the home and if it would be a good fit for us as his clients. When we were ready to make an offer, Matt helped us navigate what the market looked like so we could narrow in on what we thought was a fair purchasing price.
