ZillowVERIFIED Matt helped us buy our first home 8 years and then just helped sell our first home and purchase a new one that was a better fit for our growing family. Matt is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and insightful when it comes to negotiation. He connected us with a lender for pre-approval and acquisition of our new home loan. He offered good recommendations for many home-related services such as movers, home inspection, and home insurance companies. He walked us through the buying and selling processes every step of the way, and kept us informed as we negotiated with the seller of our new home and the buyer of our old home. Matt helped us purchase our new home at list price and helped us sell our old home for $20k more than we were expecting. From the start, its obvious that Matt is not only a talented real estate agent, but also loves what he does. Theres no doubt well be calling him again when we decide its time to move again.

ZillowVERIFIED I've bought two homes through Matt Ogden and sold one. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the Northern KY / Greater Cincinnati area. He was able to not just advise on the validity of asking prices for local areas but in several instances provide recommendations block by block. His insight into what updates / renovations would add easy value to a home were very useful. When a job offer required I relocate less than two years after buying the first house through Matt, I sought his advice on how to avoid from losing too much money in a depressed market. Even in the 2007 conditions and only having had the house for less than two years, I still sold the place 29% above purchase price. I fully expected to lose my shirt on that one. When the same job brought me back to the Cincinnati area I didn't hesitate to call Matt when I was ready to buy again.
