We were selling a property in CA to purchase a property in the Outer Banks, and it took nearly a year to finally execute the transactions. During that time Jason was consistently checking in with us, and he remained patient, helpful and attentive to our needs. Having a small window to perform a 1031 exchange and despite the market being extremely tight, Jason was able to find the house we were looking for quickly and at a reasonable price. He patiently showed us house after house on a cold, rainy, and windy day in December. He was aware that we were intending to rent out our home and wanted to find a place that would, at the very least, be cash-even at the end of the year. Adam knows the area and provided us with the rental prospects for each of the houses we toured. Ironically, we ended up deciding to buy the house we were renting while we were there. It turned out to be the best decision. Adam helped us through the complicated process of permits and inspections and property management companies that are endemic to the OBX. He was outstanding.
