ZillowVERIFIEDCarly did phenomenal during our home search back in 2025. Moving to a different state was quite complex and we were glad to have Carly as a partner as she was very knowledgeable of the nuances. She was very patient with us on all the different homes we wanted to visit, was always on top of requirements, and most importantly - personable which made the entire process comforting. I would highly recommend her to anyone and they will not only get a partner but also gain a friend!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt McGrath, an exceptional realtor that I can confidently say is a true professional in every sense of the word. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that our home buying experience was nothing short of fantastic. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns about the process, but Matt and his assistant Tracie were always there to provide guidance and support. Matt was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, and he made sure that we felt comfortable with every step along the way. One thing that really stood out to me was how accessible Matt was throughout the entire process. He was always available to take my calls and answer my questions, no matter how small or insignificant they may have seemed. And when it came time to negotiate with the seller, he was a true master at his craft. We were able to get everything we wanted. But perhaps the best thing about Matt was his warm and friendly demeanor. He made me feel like more than just a client; he made me feel like a friend. He genuinely cared about our needs and wants, and he did everything in his power from day one to put us in the home that we wanted. Overall, I cannot recommend Matt McGrath highly enough. If you're in the market for a new home, do yourself a favor and give him a call. You won't regret it! Five stars all the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt was awesome the whole way through. From helping us find the right home to helping us secure the best deal possible. He is the type of agent that gets you into houses hours after asking to see them. He would even respond to texts I would send late at night without a question. Matt worked diligently to take care of us and I will be highly recommending him to any friends or family.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt is an A1 real estate agent. Matt worked hard for me and got me a fantastic price for my house. He earned every bit of his commission and then some. Trust me, if you want to sell your house, go with Matt . You won't be disappointed. His selling techniques are honest and he puts together a whole selling team to work for his clients. He made selling my house very effortless. I appreciate everything Matt has done for me.

Matt was on the ball. He had the connections to connect with clients that were interested in the area. He also had a connection to let us know when showings were booked, so we could make sure the house was undisturbed from previous showings. Matt always returned or answered phone calls. He also checked with the realtors showing the house. He got us a contract on Christmas Eve. This was a real client. Everything went like clockwork.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with matt was great, he was available at most times when we needed to get ahold of him. My only con to working with matt was that for some of the deadlines, we went in blind until the day before or day of, but always made sure what we were trying to get accomplished, got accomplished. Would recommend working with matt

ZillowVERIFIED Matt helped my partner and I find our dream home! We 100% recommend him! This was our first time buying a house and the process was really daunting and overwhelming, especially as buyers in this market! Matt was available to answer all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable during the search. Once we found our dream house, Matt helped us put forward a competitive offer that we were comfortable with. He stepped us through the ins & outs of the process all the way through the close and post close possession!! We were very happy with the whole process, thanks to Matt!

ZillowVERIFIED If we could, my husband and I would give Matt a 10/5 review!!! We just closed on our first home and cant say enough great things about Matt! He was so patient throughout the buying process as well as informative, truly caring, and thoughtful. He made this process of buying our first not only go as smooth as anyone could hope for but he honestly made it an enjoyable one. His sincerity and professionalism really does seep through all aspects of the process from the first meeting to signing the dotted line at the closing. He takes care of his clients the way hed want his own family to be taken care of. He is on time, and never lets you feel rushed to buy because he wants you to truly fall in love with the home and never feel pressured. In a market such as todays its imperative to have a level headed agent who honestly has your best interest at heart and is a real expert in the field with a clear passion for helping. We completely and wholehearted would recommend Matt McGrath to all of our friends and family. Thank you Matt for all of the hard work and time you put into helping us and educating us along the way!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Matt has so much care and concern for what he does. He had fantastic communication, clear expectations and 100% follow through on what he says. We had more showings scheduled with Matt in 3 weeks, than we had in 6 months with our first realtor! Absolutely recommend to all. I promise you are making a HUGE mistake if you do not try Matt first. The lawyers he works with also were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!
