We relocated after the house went on the market, and Matt stayed in constant communication with us. Because Hurricane Helene hit not long after we relocated to Western North Carolina, we could not easily get back to Johnson City to take care of repairs and maintenance, and Matt became our advocate, finding repair people and even personally letting them into the house for us. He even went to our house when it got very cold outside and turned off the water on his own initiative! I am sure we could not have found a more dedicated representative for us in this journey. Matt got us a great price for our house, and we are very satisfied.
