ZillowVERIFIEDCynthia covered the entire experience for us as we sold our home in Daphne in a week and a day, choosing between multiple offers, during a global pandemic. She (and Matt) guided us through the process and took the mystery away. She helped stage our furniture and had professional photos taken that accentuated our space. She also marketed the home well enough to schedule over 25 home visits in the first six days on the market. We had to leave the house because it was showing so frequently. I hope I am done relocating for a while but for anyone on the Eastern Shore, I couldnt recommend Cynthia enough.

It was our first time buying a home together but Cynthia and her husband, Matt, walked us through every step of the process. ZillowVERIFIED Very accommodating of our schedules. I was living 4 hours away, working full time and still had a child in school. My husband was working 12 hour shifts while living away from us and he was the one having to look and relay info to me. They worked with us and in the end caught numerous financial mistakes such as the builder hiding funds, asking us to pay for things that normally the seller pays on and on. I have always thought I can save money and do this on my own. Not anymore. They proved not only their worth, but the importance of having a realtor on your side!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I were in the process of relocating to Alabama from California. We found the McAllister Team through Zillow. Her description showed she is a specialist in the area and relocation. So, I sent an email. The return call was immediate from assistant Sarah. She was very knowledgeable. Great indicator of the high caliber of the entire team. We spoke for about 15 minutes. I told her what I was looking for, she let me know what neighborhoods to stay away from. Cynthia, Matt and their team put together a list of homes to see when we flew back to Alabama. They understood we were under pressure to put in an offer. Cynthia and Matt took us touring homes on a Sunday. We found what we wanted at the end of the day, decided to put an offer in and celebrated by Matt treating us to Fairhope Floats. The home buying process went ok. Most of the frustration in the process was self inflicted. I thought I knew what I was going, having bought a few homes in the past. The McAllisters are well connected in the area. They had inspectors, handymen, and whatever else I needed for the home sale. They lined up everything for me. Communication was almost daily. In the end the McAllister team connected me with local financing, insurance and whatever else we needed fixed to make the deal go through. If I had to do it over again, I would have gone with all the McAlister recommendations from the beginning. There were things that just cant be done from 2200 miles away. The McAlisters acted on my behalf. They made me feel very comfortable and took care of things that needed to be taken care of. We are now settled in our home nicely. I could not have asked for a more involved realtor and team. I look forward to working with them soon. I thank them dearly for the amount of effort and help in getting our family to Alabama.

She will saved my son from buying a money pit years ago when she could have made a sell. She is honest and told us straight out that he DID NOT want that house and she did not let it go through as soon as she saw it was going to be a huge mistake for him. I was very impressed with her honesty, expertise, and her knowledge of real estate. I have also used her to look for a place for my parents.
