Realtors work for the seller.. thats what you always hear. I spent a lot of time looking for a home, only to be outbid, or too late. Then I met Abbie and Matt Loos. Working with them, who in this case were the realtors for the seller as well as me, the buyer, they made me feel like they were looking out for my best interest and went above and beyond what I expected to help me get into my new home. I would recommend Abbie and Matt Loos to anyone who is looking for a realtor that will help them through the process and listen and react to every situation. They brought the personal touch to an otherwise impersonal industry that the internet is replacing. They were great to work with!

We had an outstanding experience with the Loos team! We were new to town, and Matt's knowledge of the market was incredibly helpful. He was willing to look at a few houses that we knew were unlikely to be the right fit just so we could get a feel for different neighborhoods and layouts. Once we found the right one, he quickly and expertly guided us to a winning offer, and fast closing. We have only positive things to say about working with Team Loos and will choose them again if and when we are back in the market!
