We met Matt via phone upon arriving in the Sarasota/Bradenton area over Memorial Day Weekend 2019. We had 72 hours to find a home before flying back to Washington DC, and Matt was more than up to the challenge. He showed us homes in various neighborhoods, giving us a good feel for the region.
