ZillowVERIFIED Matt was the best agent we could have wished for. He was patient with my wife and I through all our questions and our extended house-search timeline. His knowledge and expertise were vital throughout our search process as he helped point out key issues with some houses we considered. Once we decided on a house, him and Jaida went to work. They fought for our best interest and consistently checked in with us while we were under contract. Matt helped negotiate over $20k in value we didnt expect to receive after making our initial offer. Jaida was always available to assist and saved us hours of research. Overall, we gained a friend in a real estate agent, which isnt always the case. I would absolutely buy with Matt again and wouldnt hesitate reaching out to him for any new buy, refinance, renovation or even a house project. He is well-connected and his character is regarded around the Lowcountry. I cannot recommend Matt and Jaida enough. Thank you for helping us find our first home!

One of the main things that stood out to us during the process what how communicative the team was- even if I didnt need anything or have questions, they would reach out to us to give us a status update or ask if there was anything we needed. ZillowVERIFIED Short Version: Matt was great to work with and we would definitely recommend him! He has an wealth of knowledge of the local areas, very detail minded, and is always willing to ensure you understand the good the bad and the ugly of every situation. 10/10 Long Version: Matt came into a difficult situation with two buyers who didn't know what type of home they were interested in purchasing. However, through several conversations and some back and forth of houses he would recommend vs what we actually were interested in, Matt was able to start pinpointing the our taste a little more accurately. We were able to quickly find several homes that we liked, but ultimately we were enraptured by a well maintained older home that was 25K below budget! Then it was off to the races. The same day Matt showed us our now home we were ready to put an offer down. With our complex finances Matt was expertly able to create a deal that came in under asking price and had seller paying half of the closing costs! Then came the army that marches along side him, Kevin, Brian, Laura, and Marty. Together his massive support group was able to ensure a seamless week of communication for us, his clients, while he was living life on his honeymoon! (Congrats again!) We could not have asked for better service from Matt. He is prompt and courteous and he knows not to pressure people while also making sure they are getting the mountain of paperwork completed. Thanks for all the hard work Matt (10/10)
