Navigating buying and selling your home can be one of the most stressful events in your life. My wife and I are so lucky to have found Matt as our realtor to guide us through the process. Matt was calm, knowledgeable, and an expert throughout the whole process. Matt represented our best interests when negotiating on the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our old one. He was always reachable and always said not to stress and leave the stress to him. Not only did he help us find our forever home in Franklin, he made it easy to find answers to all of our local questions since he grew up there. Having worked with two prior realtors I can honestly say we would not have been able to make it through the process without Matt. He always called me and explained what was going on whether it was the lead inspection we needed to do, or the use and occupancy contract we had to do for the buyers when there were issues at closing. He even let us use our dumpster during the move. I plan to recommend him to all my friends and family!

When you meet Matt Kelly you see a ready smile and a welcoming personality. As a life long resident of the area he serves, Matts knowledge is far reaching and insightful. He took the time to sit with us as prospective clients to acquire information about our wants and needs. His pleasant demeanor gave us confidence that he would represent us well in the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. Matt took great care in all the details regarding both transactions. He is on point, easy to work with and a true professional!

Matt and Dawn's team was with us every step of the way in both the sale and the purchase of our new home. While we feel we are in our forever home, if we were ever to move again, we would definitely choose Matt again to represent us

Matt did an excellent job selling our home in Franklin for us. He and his team worked so well with us as we wanted our sell our house at the end of the summer rather then mid summer. Hes brimming with positive energy and drummed up interest online and within his network and ended up selling our home over 1 weekend with multiple offers. He negotiated the best deal for us - well over asking! We highly recommend Matt and wish he and his team the very best!

Matt Kelly has helped sell two of our houses and helped us purchase two of our homes...there is none better at their job!!! His expertise in knowing the town, homes, and the banking end of the sale can not be matched. He also brings a smile to his job, makes you laugh and finds just the right home that best fits you. On the selling end, he prices right, and knows his market...our home sold in less than a week!! Matt puts his clients first and is always reachable. He is the best man for the job!

I met Matt when my wife and I were in the market to buy a house. We didn't buy the house he was listing, but were impressed enough to have him represent us thereafter in purchasing a house. He was helpful, patient, innovative, and responsive to every question or call we put in to him. He protected our interests every step of the way so that we felt in control of the process at all times. When the purchase of our house hit a major last minute snag that was caused by the sellers, he came up with a creative solution that saved us a carload of money and still got us our house!! We thought so much of Matt's representation that we hired him to sell our previous house even though it wasn't in a town in which he had been selling. He did a ton of research just to be able to sell our house at a good price, and he got us $ 25,000 more than the previous agent we had spoken to had said we could get for our old place. Matt also got us an agent in northern Maine to sell some land we owned when we couldn't get anyone up there to even return our phone calls. I couldn't recommend an agent any more highly, and he's the only agent we'll work with in the future when we look to buy and sell property again.

Matt was so helpful right from the beginning, even before I signed with the group. Every step of the way he told me what to expect and when. He actively marketed my real estate, brought in potential buyers and negotiated a tough sale. He was upfront in his communication, whether it was good news or bad and he was always honest. I sold my house during really difficult market conditions, but Matt made it that much easier due to his skills and demeanor. I could not be more pleased with Matt and the Kelly & Colombo Group. I highly recommend them.
