ZillowVERIFIED I traveled from Florida to North Carolina to look at a specific house. Matt was able to meet with me and other family members on a Sunday, at a time that was convenient to us. The house was not a good decision for us and although Matt did not make the sale he did nothing to pressure us or make us feel guilty about wasting time.He kindly offered his expertise on another house if we should decide to look further. He gave his knowledge in areas in which he would not make monetary gain, but to supply good service as a real estate professional.I would definitely use him as a real estate agent in the future.

Two challenges that Matt worked through was that we didn't live in Asheville and the housing market is absurdly competitive. To support our search when we couldn't be there in person Matt provided us with a thorough facetime walkthrough and his feedback about the house and its condition. This was extremely helpful in our hunt. Regarding the market, when we lost several houses we made offers on, Matt strategized with us and gave us thoughtful feedback on was to ensure we won out.Ultimately, we feel extremely blessed with the house that we closed and it was due to Matt's communication, thoughtful perspective, and diligence that helped us get it. We had a minimum deposit, all concerns addressed, home insurance for a year, split extra charges for our home inspector to travel to us... ZillowVERIFIED I consulted with Matt on a foreclosure auction online. I have never purchased any property in the past. Matt was responsive immediately, and willing to walk me through the process step by step. He conducted a great deal of research to make sure I wasn't getting myself into trouble with outstanding taxes or liens. In the end, I was outbid in the auction, but I found a great realtor that I will absolutely be contacting next time I find a prospective purchase.
