Matt was extremely easy to work with and was responsive to our needs. He zeroed in on what we were looking for and what we wanted. He didn't push for other houses, only what we wanted. This saved us a lot of time 'weeding' thru houses we were not going to consider. He was available by text, and phone when we needed to ask a question. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
