Buying and selling a house can be stressful but Tim has a way of making you feel like youre family! He is with you every step of the way, giving helpful tips at each stop. Tim helped us buy our new home and sell our old home. We bought in a VERY competitive market, and Tim was able to provide information to make our offer more attractive. The home we ended up buying had multiple offers and ours was selected over others of similar monetary value. On the selling side, Tim walked our house to point out focus areas before listing, and timed a price drop perfectly to ultimately accept an offer at our original list price. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I dont think there were any times we didnt hear back within minutes over the 3 months we worked together. With both transactions, it was clear Tim had the experience to negotiate in our favor. The partners Tim works with were all top notch, including the photographer and law firm, and we didnt have any issues. I'm glad we chose to work with Tim and would recommend him to anyone.

Tim was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home purchase process. Being a first time home buyer was nerve wracking, and Tim was so patient and calm that it felt much less intimidating.
