My husband mentioned to him approximately 3 years ago that we were looking for a home for our growing family and to care for my dad. Recently a home down the street was available to purchase and Matt let my husband know. Immediately Matt scheduled a walk through for us and then he connected us with a lending company to see if we qualified for the loan. The process was soo quick and I love the fact he had a digital timeline to keep us updated and set goals in getting things done. His wife Cami is phenomenal too. She helped us with outfitting the home with blinds and they are extremely amazing listeners and know our concerns and what we are looking for!!! ZillowVERIFIED First of all if it wasn't for Matt and his wife we wouldn't have been able buy our in time for our newborn. Matt was extremely helpful to us on our house hunt and home buying process. We met him at a showing for one of his listings and at that point we did not have a realtor. We were impressed by his knowledge of the entire process and his contacts with loan officers who dealt with VA loans. This helped us tremendously. We were able to get preapproved for a loan and were subsequently able to formally start our search for our dream home. To us, Matt always went above and beyond. He always went with us to see homes - even to open houses on Sundays. He arranged showings in a very efficient manner and he was always very responsive to our texts, calls and emails. When we found the house that we ended up buying he guided us through what elements we should include in our offer so that it would be the best offer in a very competitive market. He also had his wife create a cover letter for us which the sellers stated was the reason they accepted our offer! Overall we would recommend Matt to anyone - especially if you have a VA loan or if you have any interest in solar panels as he knows a lot about this subject as well. He is a great realtor, a nice, trustworthy and reliable guy and we were lucky we serendipitously found him!

There are many things one must need to know when it comes to home buying and there are plenty of terminology that I dont understand. I have attempted to try to learn and research as much as I can, but theres just so much to learn. I was nervous when it came to find a realtor, because I have this image of a care salesman that just wants to make a sale. Matt, however, it not that person. First off, I thought I knew what I wanted in a home, but when visiting homes with Matt, that changed. He is very honest and will manage to point out things that I would have never noticed or even thought to notice. He is very good about communicating with his clients and even the sellers. Although I have yet to purchase a house, I have full faith that Matt will do everything in his power to find me the right home for the right price.
