We chose the right real estate professionals to sell our home. We chose Matt Horn and Marlo Miller! In our first meeting they were prepared with the comps in our neighborhood and the marketing plan to sell the house. We believe their advice regarding the list price led to the sale of the house. Because of his knowledge and experience of the changing real estate market, Matt kept us on track to sell the house timely despite a minor hiccup. The hiccup could have caused us to lose our new home, which was in escrow contingent upon the sale of our home.
