Matt did an excellent job of taking pictures that pointing out the highlights of my home. I was also very pleased with the offering price of the home. I thought it was on the high side but he convinced me to go with it. It went on the market in the morning and was sold latter that afternoon, and I received the full asking price.

You cant go wrong with Matt! He has amazing people skills and is very knowledgeable about houses and the market. He helped me choose my house by explaining how high the market is and where to find the best bang for my buck. He helped me close in less than a month, worked with me on the paperwork, and made this process really smooth for me. He was available and responsive. He assisted in negotiating between me and the seller and helped me get practically everything on my home inspection fixed (I even got a 65 inch TV). The best thing I liked was Matts honesty. He didnt take advantage of me and offered to help me look till I was completely satisfied. He even offered up his own tools to help me clean up around the yard! I have absolutely no complaints with Matt, he is awesome!

I met with Matt at 9:30am. I explained what I was looking for and we spent about 45 minutes putting together a list of 6 houses to look at that day. I rejected the 1st house on the list and found the second house just okay. The third house Matt recommended was IT. I was ready to make an offer after about 5 minutes, but Matt insisted I do a complete walkthrough. Nothing we saw changed my mind so at noon we went back to the office and made an offer. The offer was accepted at 1:30pm. Matt walked me through process, making some great suggestions along the way. He has followed up afterward making sure everything is still going well.

So Matt actually helped me find this house that I moved into nearly 4 years ago (2019). The plan initially was to stay long term, however, other life changes were made, and I was needing to sell this house ASAP. The reason I contacted Matt again to put this house up for sale, was due to the fact that he did such a great job in helping me find this house initially. It was posted to the market, and within 4 days, we accepted an offer and closed shortly after. Process was extremely simple, fun, and did not lead to any stress during the entire process. All in all, I highly recommend Matt for either selling or buying any kind of property.
