Matt is an amazing realtor who I would recommend to everyone! Matt helped my husband and I search for our first home in LA. After taking the time to get to know us, our lifestyle, and what we were looking for, he was able to recommend the Pasadena and Altadena areas. These were areas in which we hadn't previously considered but Matt was confident these areas would fit us best. After spending time in the area we realized how correct Matt was in his assessment! Overall, Matt was energetic, prompt, and provided us with constant updates. The houses he chose to show us were picked thoughtfully and efficiently. He did a fantastic job of walking us through the process of obtaining a mortgage and signing all documents. He regularly communicated with our loan officer to ensure the process was moving smoothly and promptly. Additionally, Matt walked us through the inspection and due diligence process. He was there every step of the way and we couldn't be more appreciative!Matt even went above and beyond - after we had closed on the home, we found some gas leak issues. Matt helped us contact the Home Warranty company and connected us with a plumber he uses and trusts. Helping us with this issue was beyond the scope of his duties and we were so impressed to find that he truly cares about making sure his clients are happy once they get in their home!I would highly recommend Matt to anyone.

As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and wanted to see a lot of homes. Matt was there every step of the way, answering questions and giving advice. He went with me to a ton of properties over many weekends until I finally found a place I loved. The sellers were difficult and the deal looked like it was going to fall through at multiple points, but Matt always had a new strategy to try. All the while, he took the time to explain complex real estate questions (sometimes multiple times when I was still confused) and he referred me to a lender that saved me a LOT of money over the one I found through my own research. I'm no big time client - I might even be considered small potatoes in this real estate market. Didn't matter, Matt was great!
