He came over and helped us fix some of the things the buyer asked us to fix, if we couldn't fix it he gave us names of who could help us. He did a great job at scheduling showings. We also purchased our new home from him which was not on the market but Matt had connections we needed to get into this house. We wanted to remodel the kitchen in the new house and Matt took the time out of his busy day to find us a contractor and meet us at the house for bids. Matt is AMAZING and we highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking for a house. I encouraged a family member to go through him as well and she had a great experience. One of the things I like most about Matt is that he doesn't push his own agenda. I've dealt with realtors before that have tried to tell me that I should not want what I want in a house, etc. Matt is great about understanding what you are looking for and helping to find it. And, he will give you an honest opinion if you ask him. Being a first time home buyer can be a little...confounding, but Matt never made me feel ignorant or insignificant. I would absolutely call him for my next home purchase.
