ZillowVERIFIED Matt was great all around. He was instrumental in getting the paper work aspect taken care of. He did a great job of keeping me informed and up to date on everything going on behind the scenes. He also made it a point to meet with me after the inspections and reach out after the appraisal to make sure nothing need to be added or changed in the purchase agreement.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt was a detrimental asset in my home buying process. Being a first time home buyer I had thought it would be a rocky, stressful process. With Matt everything went as smoothly and stress free as it could have. He answered all of my dumb, poorly worded questions without a second thought. He took care of all of the stressful, tedious side things that nobody really wants to do. All I had to do was make decisions. Highly recommend this man as an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful as we prepared my parent's home for sale. There were some challenges with the property and his advice and guidance- even before he knew we would work with him- was very much appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling an older home is not easy. Matt was very helpful with ideas and also provided names of contractors who helped get the house ready to sell. Some minor hiccups along the way that were handled gracefully and in the end my home was sold to a nice young couple who appreciated its character.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an absolutely wonderful experience on both the buy side and sell side of 2 separate houses with Matt. His communication skills and forthrightness were unsurpassed. We were able to see many houses on the buy side before their listings were even posted. We will most certainly recommend his services to anyone in need of a real estate transaction.
