My wife and I had an amazing home buying experience with our realtor, Matt Fuelberth. Matt was friendly and professional and we appreciated our experience with him from beginning to end. We felt heard as he tailored potential houses to our initial wants and needs, adapting as we toured houses together. He was a strong advocate for us once we found our dream home and negotiated to an accepted offer. We then appreciated his confident and methodical process to help us prepare and list our previous house. It was clear that he had an excellent understanding of our market as we discussed setting a fair listing price. We were thrilled that our listing immediately generated much interest. We appreciated how well connected Matt was. He seemed to have a contact for anything we could need for either house. We benefited from these connections as we needed a last minute repair done to our previous house when our moving company damaged the house on moving day. We also appreciated how Matt mediated this last minute setback with our buyers. Overall, we cannot say enough good things about our experience with Matt, and we definitely recommend him to anyone in search of a top tier home buying experience.

I highly recommend Matt Fuelberth. I admit we had a very unique situation with a job I had recently taken. I was called out halfway across the country with little notice several times. Matt worked with us every step of the way. When we finally came back and were ready to list the house, he picked right up where we left off. Pictures were taken and the house listed the next day. He answered questions day and night making sure we were in the loop. He offered great advice on what improvements and staging options to take. Multiple offers were made same day as listing and we closed with $10,000 over asking price. All this was done while simultaneously showing me and my wife multiple new homes to look at. With the limited options available to look at in February he was still able to find us within our budget exactly what we were looking for. We were able to transition from the old house straight to the new house same day closing on both and my wife and I did not have to worry about a thing. We were able to electronically sign almost all documents which was a great help with three kids and work not having to worry about coming into an office to sign a bunch of paperwork. Matt and his team were efficient, professional, responsive and timely during the entire process start to finish with both homes. ~Highly recommend thanks for everything Matt!

Matt was referred to me through a lender that I used. Matt was very attentive in learning what I wanted in a house and what qualities didnt really matter. He was very helpful in discussing the overall buying process with me, where we was in the process and what steps was going to come next. He communicated with me on a very regular basis if a home came available that I might be interested in and made himself available to show me the properties that I wanted to see. When I settled on a home, he discussed openly with me about what he felt would be needed to make the offer successful and remained in contact with me all the way through the time I received the keys. While his communication was steady, I never felt rushed or pressured into looking at something that I didnt feel would be a good fit. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about Matt and would strongly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a home.
