Matt did a great job as our realtor for purchasing a lot. He recommended places to look for lots. He answered all our questions (and I had many...) and guided us through the process. We chose to purchase a lot in a subdivision that was under construction which drug out the process for about eight months while we waited for the subdivision to be completed. With no prompting from us, he regularly checked on the progress of the subdivision and gave us updates. He also shared information about his own experience building a custom house. We were very happy with Matt. I don't know how he could have done any better.
