We decided to go with that offer...even though Matt thought he might be able to do a little better on the price. I honestly cant say enough great things about the experience I had working with them to sell my condo in Lakeview. I live out of state and they made the process seamless. I went with Matt because he was a real go-getter from the beginning, and he did not disappoint! I interviewed several realtors in the area and it was not difficult to make the decision to list with Matt. The other experienced realtors I spoke to were negative and unimpressive: one said Ill tell you right now, youre not going to get what you bought it for and another suggested listing for 2% less than I bought it for without taking me up on my offer to view the unit and/or pictures or talk about the upgrades I had done. Matt took a look at pictures I had and chatted with me about the upgrades that had been done, and he wanted to list it at 7% MORE than I had purchased it for in 2008. We had no problem finding interested buyers at that price point. He attended all the showings and gave me prompt updates & comments from potential buyers. We went under contract within 4 days of listing the condo and sold it for 6% more than I purchased it for in 2008! After that, Matt continued to assist with the selling process. He attended all important events leading up to closing and provided updates about what had happened. He suggested a great attorney, and they handled everything for me.
