Asked him if he were willing to also sell our (similar) house, he said okay...and he started right away -- found us a handful of 'investor' offers immediately, then took our property on the wider market, where he found us another investor offering more money AND much better terms. We decided to go with that offer...even though Matt thought he might be able to do a little better on the price. The total selling experience, from first contacting Matt to closing date, took just 1 month & 2 days! Would highly recommend Matt.

I recently purchased a home as a first time homebuyer and was extremely lucky to cross paths with Matt. I initially booked a random zillow agent to view a home and met Matt. My wife and I could not have been happier with Matt as our agent. He was recommended to us by the agent selling our home in Chicago and prior to our move to Phoenix spent quite a bit of time learning what we wanted and needed in a home in Phoenix. Once we arrived here from Chicago he was ready to hit the ground running. Over the course of the following 5 months Matt was invaluable in helping us find a place through his knowledge of the local market and the impact little understood things like land lease fees would have on our monthly mortgage payment. When we did finally put in an offer he proved himself to be a shrewd negotiator laying out for us what he thought fair counters were and what items on the inspection we should insist on repair or getting credited.
