I cannot say enough good things about Matt Cole. He is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and always so responsive. He made what is normally a very stressful processaEUR"selling and buying a homeaEUR"feel completely seamless. From start to finish, he supported us every step of the way and we always felt confident knowing he had our best interests in mind. Even beyond the transaction, his thoughtfulness truly stood outaEUR"our housewarming gift was so personal and meaningful. Honestly, the only downside to being done with the process is that it means we dont get to see him as much anymore. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We visited with multiple realtors before deciding on using Matt to sell our house. He knew our small town as well as being very knowledgeable about competitive markets all around Des Moines. Matt was very honest with us regarding the higher price point that we needed to break even and made sure we didn't have rose-colored glasses on. He also was great at identifying other kinds of people that would love our house. We would definitely work with Matt again!

Matt and Karley Cole are absolutely wonderful. My wife and I met them at an open house; not really sure what we were looking for. Matt and Karley helped us narrow down what we needed to have and what our options were, while staying within our budget. Throughout the process, they went out of their way to meet our requests; often traveling several hours to meet with us. They put in the work to help guide us in finding the home that we truly wanted. They were always responsive and never hesitant to make a trip to talk with us face to face (even late into the evenings). With their assistance, we were able to sell our home in less than a week (We actually bought a new home and sold our home with all paperwork completed in one day; a Saturday to boot!). Matt and Karley look passed what other realtors often do not; they truly care about people. They will tell you how it is and assist you with any situation that comes to light. I cannot say enough great things about them. If you are looking for a team that will have your back and also get things done, don't pass up an opportunity to work with them. My wife and I are fortunate to have had the opportunity and can now gladly call them our friends. We look forward to seeing them soon!

Matt worked with my wife and I to sell my town home, get a good price, fast closing, and virtually seamless process that made selling easy and allowed me to move in with my new wife and start our new life. I would recommend Matt Cole and his wife Karley Cole the next time we need a realtor. Dan Field
